With over 17 years of experience working with clients as an ACSM Personal Trainer in college through 13 years as an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist I have extensive experience designing a program to meet your goals. I will develop a personalized training plan for you to help you optimize your movement and maximize your potential as an athlete. Online Personal Training: $64 In-Home Personal Training: $79
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance. A $40 cancellation fee will be applied to any visits not cancelled within 24 hours.
